After graduating from her Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Osteopathy at RMIT in 2014, Jessica chose to relocate from her home in Melbourne, to beautiful Launceston.
In this time, Jessica has immersed herself into Tasmanian life, and has established a solid base down here in Launceston.
Jessica enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. She takes a particular interest in the treatment of headaches and postural issues, ensuring that she works with the patient to encourage them to take their healing into their own hands, through education and goal setting, and places a strong emphasis on what you can do at home.
On top of the usual osteopathic services, Jessica also offers:
– Dry needling treatment
– Electro-needling treatments
– Myofascial mobile cupping; and
– She is also able to offer a more gentle, functional approach to her patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys the triathlon scene, horse riding, and keeping generally active with parkrun and other community activities. She also loves cooking, and will often be found nosing about Harvest Markets.
